Microsoft unveils new Features in Build 2014 keynote

When Microsoft’s Joe Belfiore kick started the BUILD developers’ conference in San Francisco on Wednesday morning, it no doubt brought a sense of euphoria among the 1.3 billion Windows users across the globe.

Microsoft’s Build 2014 keynote was attended by more than 5000 developers and viewers across 170 countries worldwide joined the conference live.

Our team of Techtoy was also among the invitees to witness this mega event, online though.

Among the headlines, New Windows 8.1 Royalty-free Windows for phone makers’, new Action Center’ , The return of the start menu’, three new Windows Phone-powered Nokia Lumia phones and several others, but it was voice assistant for Windows Phone 8.1 “Cortana” that stole the show.

Meanwhile Joe Belfiore also announced new partners Micromax and Prestigio for the new Windows Phone being launched by the end of this year.
